INTERESTS
- Interests: I am looking for a man who enjoys plays, theatres, concerts, museums and art galleries. Me: Quirky sometimes eccentric southern belle. Can you discuss politics. Enjoy reading and discussing history. I just started reading philosophy again What interests you? I also enjoy sports. I still root for my Saints. It was our family and friends Sunday activities. I know. I know. They are hopeless. But I grew up going to the games. Tell me what you are reading now?
- Favorite Music: Yes, ELP, Gershwin, I am learning about classical music. I am enjoying classical music concerts. I also love Jazz and blues. Well then of course New Orleans music. Neville Brothers, Dr. John(The night tripper). and oh so many more.
- Favorite Movies: I only have a few I will watch over and over. Any Monty Python movies and Shakespeare weird combination HUH! But I go to the movies at least once a week. I go to see the new ones coming out on the Friday Morning before the crowd. So my favorite movie changes depending on what I saw that day.
- Movies I Want to See: The ones nominated for the Academy Awards. I usually have seen them all by now. But never got the chance yet
- Favorite Books: I have this 1946 version of a Harvard history of the world book. It starts from the beginning with the dinosaurs. I ends at the second world war. But it is a great reference book. I have gone through 2 now. I am going to order another one. But it is hard to find. I read a lot of books in a week. So there again like the movies I have no favorite.
- Books I Want to Read: None right now because I read the books I want to.
- Favorite Foods: Oh there are so many. I like almost everything
- Favorite Places: A bayou in Slidell Louisiana. There are 4 pairs of bald eagles nesting there. Not sure if they are still there after Katrina. I hope they are.
- Places I Want to Visit: The Hagia Sofia and Petra. I want to see Europe but these I would rather see first
