Yahoo Store CSV Editor Beta 2.1 is up at Mike Allen Systems,

The major change is that the application will now cater for duplicate product codes in the CSV file and allow these problems to be fixed.

Other changes are the removal of full quoting from the output CSV, quoting is now Yahoo compliant

A bug that caused issues if the output file already existed has been fixed, if the output file exists it is now deleted and recreated. Previously it was being overwritten which was an issue if the new output was smaller.
