This will be my first posting on the new Yahoo profile, which i hope will become as much fun & aseasy to use as the 360 was. imanaged to import my blog from there, but it looks like we start all overwith the Friend list ... idownloadedmy blogrollbut don't yet see a way to add that here. i haven't figured out how to add a photo yet, either.

SO onwith the post.

i'ma board member of the Portland Leather Alliance (www.portlandleather.org) & we are one of the many sponsors of Leather Pride Week. It's kicked off withan auction (which i'm organizing & am currently accepting donations fromkinky vendors or courageous people ... i'm donating myself as a hostage-for-a-day) followed by the Fetish Ball.

OnAugust 1st, the Leather Tastingswill beheld at The Conservatory (www.theconservatorypdx.com) from noon to 4p. It's only $3 for PLA members (you can join for a mere $10 on the Portland Leather Alliance website!) or $5 for non-members. Always a popular event, Tastings gives you the chance to watch a variety of BDSM play - & even give them a try! i'll be in charge of floggings - stop by & i'll give you one ... or, you can give one to me! A safe environment in which to satisfy your curiosity about how we play.

We're going to have a Vendor's Fair & Play Party as part of Pride this year, in addition to the usual one held in November. All of the best vendor's & kinky toy makers in the community in one place for a hawt day of shopping! Then, try out all those new pervertables at the subsequent Play Party (tickets available only in advance at the Fair or at Spartacus Leathers).

Cell-popping has become very popular in the Portland-area community. It's a sort of temporary tat/brand created by heating a metal instrument & barely touching it to the skin - there's no penetration to the skin itself, nor is the instrument held against it for more than 1/16th of a second. The resulting design or monogram can last for up to 6 months.

i don't get up to the Seattle area very often anymore, and i'm really hoping many of my friends there will come by and say hi! We'll be there for the whole weekend, so in addition to the demo we'll be attending any scheduled play parties.

Yahoo didn't like the Kinkfest 08 logo here so it deleted the blog entry that showed it (you can view it at http://www.kinkfest.org/).

As always, Kinkfest was a huge blast this year. Lots of great vendors and workshops, and the dungeon parties were wonderful! Thank you PLA, Kinkfest board and volunteers, vendors and presenters, and of course to those i had such excellent scenes with! Special thanks to the Artistic Domme (www.artisticdomme.com), for designing my Saturday night costume - She stapled chains all over me, and created 'gloves' using staples and ribbon ... very hot!!

Next big event is RCDC's 15th Birthday Bash http://www.rcdc.org/ on April 28th. This is ALWAYS great fun!!

One of the many oft inoperable modules of 360 has been the Mailbox ... i hadn't received any mail here since last November.

Suddenly today, the Mailbox has reappeared - with a TON of invites and messages dating back as far as early December!! Most of the invites had expired. If you had requested to add me to your friend's list yet received no response from me, please feel free to resend your request while the Mailbox is working! If you'd sent me a message, i must apologize but due to the volume i cannot respond to any dated prior to March 12th 2008. You can send me a new message; as long as the Mailbox is working i keep up with my correspondence.
