Where am I?

If that is a question you have been asking yourself then its simple to answer, but hard to explain.

A week ago in a mild thunderstorm a large (nearly 40 foot) pine tree near the house got hit by lightening and everything thing went out. Electricity, water, cable, phone line and nearly every sanity marble in my head.

If your reading this I am using the 98 computer because my other has been screwed up again thanks to the power surge and I need to go get a modem for it.

Fear not-more to report and things are looking up as items are finally in repair. No injuries to report and the pine tree continues to stand. Photos to be added as soon as I can get my faster processor to work.

Thanks for all who tried to get through on the regular phone and those who made it through my cell/mobil.It was truely an unexpected event and at moment of impact where I was watching though the bay windows a little awe and scary at the same time.

Hope to get the parts this weekend and catch up on e-mails and posts soon.

Life after MJ

From the moment the ceremony began where the gospel song was going as the gold-plated casket of Michael Jackson was brought in by his brothers wearing the trademark Michael Jackson one white glove I was in tears.

The comments all around was wonderful and so was the music where it didn’t seem like a concert like most newspaper reporters stated, but a mixture of solemn and joyful of a man’s life.

The words of Stevie Wonder, Brooke Shields, and of his own daughter, Paris, certainly heartfelt.

As tears rolled down my face I felt refreshed and renewed that the grieving process of the great loss was finally on the path of moving forward in my life.

Bless You Michael and Thanks for the Family on a great service.

R.I.P. Michael Jackson

For as long as I can recall Michael Jackson was my first crush. He was handsome, he can sing, he can dance, and he shined brightly.

The music was his own and his style will live on in others world wide.

When I get the news that he was in the hospital and then dead I could feel my heart sink.

The only performer that I kept track of and believed in through out many decades of my life was now with angels.

I want to Thank Michael for his talent, his charity work, and believe in his fans and want him to know that this fan believed in him.

Thanks Michael. You will be missed, but not forgotten.
