Hi there Col. I have only got 7 days now until I have the band done and looking forward to it. Had a weight problem all my life and when I was made redundant in June I thought about it for a while and then in September I decided to get it done. Was 184 when I started Optifast and now down to 170. Anyway will get in touch after the 4th after the surgery.
