Intervals HHS track. Got in 3 x 1600 and felt good. Intervals were 8:23, 8:13, and 8:02. I tried to break 8:00 for the last 1600, but still was lacking in leg turnover. I had to push just to get my HR to 140 and was only successful on the last lap or ... see more
