Interests: Okay, I like chatting, but I DO NOT do cyber sex,phone sex, cam sex, or send nude pics. And if Im online, I promise I am NOT HORNY! Other than that, I love reading books (mostly mysteries) and playing games on the computer. And of course I play with the kids.
Favorite Music: I have eclectic tastes in music. I like lots of 80's and 90's music, as well as alot of current hits. Not so into country music, though. My husband likes country, so now and then I tolerate it for his sake. LOL
Favorite Movies: I'm not much of a movie person; my attention span sucks. I do enjoy t.v. shows, though. I like Mythbusters, Numbers, NCIS, So You Think You Can Dance, American Idol, and some others that slip my mind at the moment.
Favorite Books: Anything by Janet Evanovich www.evanovich.com. I like Rex Stout, Joann Fluke, Susan McBride, Carolyn Hart, Joan Hess, J.D. Robb, Charlotte Mott Davidson, Valerie Wolzien... so many others that I don't read as often, but enjoy. Mostly I read murder mysteries, because I enjoy the puzzle of it. I am a fast reader, so I am a loyal customer of my local library. LOL
Books I Want to Read: I keep my eyes open for any new books by any of the above authors.
Favorite Quotes: "That which doesn't kill you makes us stronger" "If you don't change your attitude, I'm gonna pull that stick out of your a$$ and beat you with it!"
Favorite Foods: I love hamburgers (of course), really good Mexican food, potatoes cooked just about any way, chicken breasts with a good marinade, and eggs.
Favorite Places: I love Disneyland! Wish we could go there like once a month. Mostly, my favorite places are not buildings, but natural places like the beach, deep woods after a rain (oh, that SMELL!), waterfalls, and stuff like that.
Places I Want to Visit: Again, Disneyland. Yosemite National Park is on our "one of these days" list, as is a drive along the Pacific Coast Highway. Alaska and Oregon are two states we'd like to visit, as well. I would love to visit Australia someday (my Dad's side of the family immigrated from there a hundred years ago or something like that), but the list of stuff to do in the U.S. is so long, don't know that we'll ever make it overseas.
Anything Else: I love going to www.pogo.com and www.bigfishgames.com for both online games and downloadable games. When I am in the mood to learn, www.howstuffworks.com and www.straightdope.com are good. And if I have a question about one of my kids, www.babycenter.com is usually helpful. I use Google primarily as my search engine, because I come up with some strange combinations of words, and Google always comes up with something relevant.
