Interests: Just let go. Just let your pain go into the ethers like it never existed. There really is no point in holding onto things especially your pain. Be aware of what serves you and what doesn't. Be aware of what is occurring in your body. You have to be aware of things in order to change them. What is your goal? What do you want to accomplish? What is occurring in your body? Ask yourself these questions in order to be in touch with your body and in tune with your spirit.
Favorite Music: It is of the utmost importance that you are aligned physically, mentally, and spiritually. I stress that because if you are not then you will experience pain. I know there are various types of pain, but they are all related and will influence you on all levels. You must be aware of things in order to change them. It is only when you become aware of things that you become able to change them. A lot of times we don't want to become aware of things that don't serve us any longer.
Favorite Movies: For example: Would you want to be aware that your smoking habit, however frequent, is causing you difficulties if you don't want to give it up. From this example you can see how our lack of willingness to change a certain thing will get in the way of our healing. Breaking it down: We don't allow ourselves to become aware of something that doesn't serve us because we aren't ready to change it.
Movies I Want to See: It is only when we are ready to make the necessary (and sometimes painful) changes for our health and well-being that we will become aware of what doesn't serve us any longer. Now this brings me to something really painful. To me the most pain occurs when you know that something doesn't serve you any longer yet you continue to do that very thing. My example in my life at this moment is procrastination. I have battled with it for years….
Favorite Books: I know it doesn't serve me any longer and all the difficulties (an immeasurable amount of stress) it has caused me. With this knowledge I have judged myself harshly for my inability to change this. I have allowed myself to become aware of it because I am ready to change. I really did and do want to know all the things that don't serve me. Ask yourself this question: What doesn't serve me any longer?
Books I Want to Read: Really allowing yourself to know the answer will begin a huge transformation in your life and ultimately bring about a major healing. I hope your enjoyed this transmission through my hands to this screen to your eyes. Be well! Jason
