@christopher m:no holes in the wall. that s bad. fixed too many in the last place i had. just punch the air or, get a heavy bag. a few sites on line to get the basics or make your own. just find the propper place to hang it.

yea as far as toning up a bit because of walking my puppy and bike riding and yes the stance as well,shadow boxing is nooooo fun,lol
